You’ve probably spent years keeping it all together: showing up for everyone else while quietly feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure who you are beneath the survival mode. Maybe you grew up in a home where emotions weren’t safe, or you’ve learned to mask your needs to stay accepted. On the outside, you might seem fine. Inside, it’s hard to rest, trust, or feel enough. I help adults and children heal from complex trauma, emotional neglect, and neurodivergence-related challenges like attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) and autism. In our work together, you don’t have to over-explain, hide, or be “too much.” You’ll find a grounded, compassionate space to explore what’s underneath the anxiety, perfectionism, or emotional numbness. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and experiential. I draw from modalities like internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness, and play-based or creative therapies to help you reconnect with the parts of you that learned to survive, and teach your nervous system that it’s safe to live differently. For clients seeking clarity, I also offer attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) and autism assessments to better understand how your brain and body work. Healing doesn’t have to mean doing more. It means learning how to be with yourself in a new way. If you’re ready to feel grounded, connected, and genuinely seen, I’d love to help you get there.
