Before entering private practice with Leek Therapy, my primary work focused on community mental health, complex trauma, and social justice. Working in non-profit organizations and residential programs, I developed a relational therapeutic approach that values trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions. My work with adolescents, young adults, and families is grounded in the belief that all individuals deserve access to mental health care that feels safe, collaborative, and inclusive. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and I received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Trauma Studies Specialization as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Psychological First Aid. My hope is that, through authentic relationship, empowerment and a compassionately curious approach, individuals feel encouraged to fully participate in the treatment process they are seeking.
