It's quite common to feel concerned about how others see us, often comparing our paths to theirs and sometimes feeling that we don't quite measure up. This worry can become a significant challenge when it prevents us from fully embracing and expressing our true selves, leading us to conceal parts of who we are in an effort to fit in or to chase a life that doesn't align with our deepest ambitions. My services are designed for individuals aiming to achieve their life goals or career advancement but are held back by fears of judgment or failure. If your ambition is to gain confidence in social scenarios or to finally act on an idea that has been lingering in your thoughts, remember, you're not alone. I am here to support you in overcoming the fears that restrain you. My strategy focuses on 1) Helping you understand your struggles with fear 2) establishing clear objectives and a roadmap to work through your fears and 3) establishing ways to maintain courage and progress. My practice is a safe, welcoming space free from judgment, grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive principles. Acknowledging and valuing your unique experiences is vital to me, and I’m open to incorporating spirituality and faith-based methods upon your request. My core motivation is to see you shine – mind, body and soul.

Hi. My mane is Paul. I help people identify and address the obstacles that keep them from living a healthier, more fulfilling life. In therapy, we’ll work together to explore how your past may shape your present, how you find meaning and purpose, and how to build resilience for future challenges. Therapy is a collaborative, transformative process, a space for healing, reflection, and making meaningful change. It fosters deeper awareness of the patterns that support or undermine emotional well-being. I offer therapy to adults both in person and online. If you’d like to discuss your needs or book a free, no-obligation consultation, feel free to get in touch.

Throughout our sessions, I strive to create an environment of compassion, acceptance, and present moment awareness. I don't see myself as fundamentally different from the client, but rather as someone who can bring a fresh perspective to their situation. I believe that the client and I are both climbing our own mountains, and I can use my vantage point to identify obstacles on their mountain that they may not be aware of. In therapy, every struggle is important, and no one's pain is Together, we can then find new ways to navigate these obstacles and chart a new course towards a more fulfilling life. As a clinical counselor, I've worked 9+ years with diverse clients with various issues like behavioral problems, emotional regulation, PTSD, anxiety, depression, etc. I offer EMDR, an evidence-based trauma therapy that's fast and requires no homework. I use a range of techniques to bring stability to individuals, couples and families. I encourage clients to take small, meaningful steps towards their goals, and to consistently build upon those steps over time. By doing so, they can create a strong foundation and achieve long-lasting change. Every struggle is important, and no one's pain is greater or less than another's. Don't hesitate to share, no matter how small it may seem.
