I offer Transpersonal guided, Integrative psychotherapy to support clients in accessing their own sources of wisdom, strengths and self-acceptance. Tools and skills are offered to manage current distress via a collaborative approach with the primary guidance to support your own strengths (yes we all have strengths!) and strengthen connection with your own Internal Wise Resources. Mindfulness and Compassion based practices, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and many other modalities are offered singly or integrated to foster empowerment, clarify intention, and encourage active steps to creation of desired life vision. Hypnotherapy Speciality is Transpersonal: which includes the active engagement of your own Soul~ Spirit for information and guidance..... Past Life Soul Regression and Between Lives Spirit Regression are two possibilities for this deep work. I was raised in the tradition and continue to practice as a Spirit Path Medicines~Shamanic Practitioner. When of benefit, Shamanic Healing Sessions are offered to further support individual healing and and the deepening and honoring our responsibility as a human in connection as part of the Web of Life.

I am a preferred provider for just a few insurance panels. Insurance will not reimburse for some modalities I offer. A sliding scale for all services is available. Please Ask! The Transpersonal Orientation reflects that our human life is embodied bywith Soul~Spirit, and that all aspects are to be honored and integrated to support Wholeness.. The "Whole" includes, Body, Mind, Emotions, Soul~ Spirit and active responsibility for my own work in the world.
