The ages I treat are 14 to 65 years old, and I provide individual therapy. The therapies I utilize to help my clients are: Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eclectic, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychodynamic, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Strength-Based, and Trauma Focused.
