My goal is to work with individuals and couples who feel their inner worlds and outer relationships are negatively impacted by insecurity, shame, and disconnection. I am passionate about helping my clients reconnect with themselves through exploration of their attachment to early life figures, their role in their family of origin, and unmet childhood needs. Coming from the perspective of attachment theory, I utilize techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Rogerian Therapy to explore every client's story and reignite the strength they have always possessed, but may have lost touch with along the way. As a licensed professional counselor, I’m here to walk with you through your story, recognize your strengths, and move toward the life you envision.
