It's quite common to feel concerned about how others see us, often comparing our paths to theirs and sometimes feeling that we don't quite measure up. This worry can become a significant challenge when it prevents us from fully embracing and expressing our true selves, leading us to conceal parts of who we are in an effort to fit in or to chase a life that doesn't align with our deepest ambitions. My services are designed for individuals aiming to achieve their life goals or career advancement but are held back by fears of judgment or failure. My strategy focuses on 1) Helping you understand your struggles with fear 2) establishing clear objectives and a roadmap to work through your fears and 3) establishing ways to maintain courage and progress. My practice is a safe, welcoming space free from judgment, grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive principles. Acknowledging and valuing your unique experiences is vital to me, and I’m open to incorporating spirituality and faith-based methods upon your request. My core motivation is to see you shine – mind, body and soul.
