My Approach to Therapy

I work with people who struggle with anger, trauma, psychosis, and stage-of-life issues such as divorce or loss. I have worked closely with people who are overcoming substance abuse and people who are caught in cycles of domestic violence. I enjoy using Jungian Depth psychology as a resource to help people explore the depth of their struggles and find hope on the other side. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy as tools to accomplish this.
