My Approach to Therapy

I believe that people are beautiful in their differences, and I am committed to supporting you in embracing the unique qualities that make you amazing. My focus is on helping adults navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship challenges, identity struggles, and life transitions that contribute to these experiences. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and foster personal growth. My goal is to help you create lasting change, offering compassion and ensuring you never feel alone on your journey. I utilize client-centered, strength-based, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help you reprocess past trauma and develop new behaviors that support your goals.

My Practice & Services

I see clients telehealth only to provide flexibility to clients in where and when they meet. I am open to meet with clients Tuesday through Friday, but at times that I am out of town or there is a holiday, I make accommodations by meeting on Mondays to prevent interruptions to client progress.

My Guiding Ethical Principles

I believe that clients know themselves best. By providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment, I can support you in discovering what you truly need to thrive. It is not my job to tell you what to do but to offer support, feedback, alternative perspectives and coping tools to help you feel empowered to create a life you enjoy instead of surviving through life.
