Coming from the strengths-based perspective, I believe that everyone has the abilities and qualities to set and achieve goals to better their lives. I utilize motivational interviewing and solution-focused brief therapy to identify your ultimate goals and motivation for personal growth. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to identify unhelpful thought patterns, and ways to improve upon coping skills and self-care.
