Samantha Longe, Licensed Masters Social Worker

Hello, my name is Samantha Longe, and I am a licensed master’s social worker (LMSW). I specialize in helping both adults and children dealing with anxiety, depression, and family stressors. My integrative approach includes innovative methods such as play therapy, art therapy, emotionally focused therapy for couples (EFT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). My clinical experience is in working with children and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, and family stressors. I have experience with couples, and trauma work with first responders. I am passionate about helping individuals feel empowered. My goal is to create a positive environment where clients can learn healthy coping skills within their everyday lives. I look forward to working with you at TRU Wellness Center!
