You are in your 20s or 30s and are struggling to stay present because anxiety, negative self-talk, and past experiences keep weighing on you. Maybe your inner critic feels louder than ever, making it hard to manage the demands of work, relationships, or school. I will dedicate our sessions to empower you to make changes, build confidence, and provide you with insight, hope, and support. I believe therapy is not “one size fits all.” In a personalized approach, we will explore how your past experiences shape the way you see yourself today, while building skills to manage emotions and navigate challenges. Above all, our work will be grounded in a connection that is supportive, comforting, and sometimes humorous, giving you the space to grow. I am accepting new in-person sessions in Hoboken, NJ, and virtual sessions, and I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
