My Approach to Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. As a compassionate therapist, I specialize in helping individuals, families, and couples navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, anger, and more. I also offer walk-and-talk therapy in San Diego, blending physical activity with therapeutic conversation to activate the mind and body for transformative outcomes. Whether you’re managing daily stressors or working through deeper emotional hurdles, I provide a safe, inclusive space to explore, heal, and grow. As a proud LGBTQ+ member and ally, I’m here to support your journey toward self-discovery and fulfillment. Together, we’ll build the tools to help you thrive.

My Practice & Services

Welcome Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you're in the right place. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I know life can be overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck. Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s holding you back and help you move toward the life you want. What I Offer Individual Therapy: Whether it’s managing anxiety, ADHD, or healing from trauma, I’ll meet you where you are with a compassionate, tailored approach. Couples Therapy: Relationships can be tough, and I’m here to help you and your partner reconnect, deepen understanding, and move through challenges together. Groups and Workshops: I periodically offer groups focused on mindfulness, managing anxiety, and building resilience. A Little About My Office You’ll find my office in the heart of Point Loma, San Diego. It’s easy to get to, with ample parking and a calm, welcoming vibe to help you feel at ease the moment you arrive. My Approach I integrate evidence-based techniques like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MCBT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). But more importantly, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and experiences. Therapy isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about helping you connect with yourself in a meaningful way so you can live a life that truly aligns with your values. Why Work With Me? I bring a nonjudgmental, down-to-earth approach to therapy. You don’t have to have it all figured out when you walk through the door—most people don’t. What matters is that you’re taking the first step, and I’m here to support you in every way I can.
