Psychodynamic
My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic, which means we’ll work together to understand the underlying patterns and emotional experiences that shape your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This process involves thoughtful reflection and compassionate introspection, gently exploring how past relationships, early experiences, and unconscious beliefs may still be influencing your present-day life. I believe many of the struggles we face—whether in our relationships, emotions, or sense of self—stem from unresolved experiences and internalized narratives that we may not even be fully aware of. By bringing these patterns into conscious awareness in a safe and supportive environment, we can begin to loosen their hold and create space for new, healthier ways of being. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable to you, cultivating curiosity and self-compassion along the way. Healing happens not just through insight, but through feeling understood and supported as you navigate this inner journey.
