As a therapist, I meet clients where they are emotionally to create a therapeutic bond and assist clients on their journey to inner and outer happiness. Counseling can be an amazing journey within a great therapeutic relationship if clients are willing to do meaningful work. My approach is eclectic, as I draw on a variety of theoretical orientations to help clients reach their truths. In my coaching or consultant role, I assist clients in their pursuit of greater success in their career or life goals by focusing on areas of importance, helping clarify action steps to reach these goals, and providing weekly accountability for their success.

Looking for a new coach or counselor can be a challenge, especially if you are new to seeking help. May I suggest calling 3 counselors and asking a few questions to see if you can visualize yourself working with this counselor then commit to going to 3 sessions and if you feel you can do meaningful work then continue working with that counselor, if you don't connect then you owe it to yourself to find someone that you can connect with to do meaningful work.
