Nathan Sharer, PsyD

I appreciate the quote, "You don't have to be sick to get better." This reflects my approach as a solution-focused therapist. My ideal client is someone facing challenges like anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles but is also eager to enhance what’s already going well in their life. Together, we’ll not only address what’s holding them back but also build on their existing strengths to help achieve their goals. From session one, we’ll set clear goals, develop personalized tools for immediate use, and create a foundation for lasting success. Change is possible, achievable, and can happen faster than you think. With over 15 years of specialized training and solution-focused expertise, I help clients overcome anxiety, depression, and OCD. I’m passionate about helping couples rekindle their relationship. In my 5th year of telehealth specialization, I've added ADHD evaluation and treatment as well as executive coachingcareer counseling that is nationally accessible. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but it’s the first step toward achieving your goals. Telehealth is an effective, secure, and convenient way to get the support (and challenge!) you need from the comfort of your own space. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I’m here to help. Let’s connect for a free consultation and start "getting better."

In addition to individual and couples therapy I offer: Executive Coaching and Career Counseling: Whether you are looking to navigate the next step of your career or are unsure where to even being, career counseling or executive coaching can be effective ways to help you identify goals, values, strengths, and weaknesses to develop a tangible Plan For Success. Sports Performance Enhancement: I consult with professional and amateur athletes, as well as coaches, to help identify and minimize weaknesses while maximizing strengths in order to level up performance. This is achieved through a thorough assessment of goals and challenges, mindfulness-based interventions, and a framework grounded in building mental toughness. Clinical Supervision and Private Practice Consultation: We never stop growing and learning as clinicians. I provide clinical supervision and consultation to licensed professionals who are challenging themselves to always be growing as professionals. I also provide consultation for clinicians looking to make the leap into private practice. Using my decade of success in private practice, I can help you identify your goals and get your dream practice up and running.
