When you enter my therapy space, you are stepping into a collaborative, anti-oppressive and inclusive environment. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere where we can explore your challenges together. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and adapt my therapeutic approach accordingly. I incorporate a variety of holistic and somatic techniques, as well as psychodynamic and trauma-informed care, drawing from modalities such as energy psychology , parts work, and strength-based therapy.
