I’ve been drawn to this work as a small child because of its complexity. The human condition is no stranger to any of us, and yet each of us has a unique story interwoven in its tapestry. Like many mental health professionals, I’ve started this career path by gaining a better understanding of my own mental health challenges. Therapy has given me more understanding, acceptance, and perspective in my life and I hope to empower my clients to find the same. I graduated with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022 and specialize in trauma and addiction treatment. I am EMDR trained and have experience working with clients in drug court programs and receiving other probation services. I hold high esteem for all of my clients and honor your unique life path. My approach to therapy is that of a guide rather than an expert and have learned so much from the clients that have allowed me to be a part of their stories. I believe in the power of acceptance that aids in growth and transformation and hope to explore how to understand life more fully in order to live more fully with you.
