Melanie Pilot, LPC

My training as a social worker included the experience of providing care as a Child Welfare provider for 21 years helping families and children work through issues of abuse and neglect to improve their relationships. Prior to that I worked providing couples and individual counseling. Earlier in my career, I also taught elementary school and worked in a group home. Through my work and life experience I have gained wisdom and desire to share my education and life experience in creating with you the life you desire to live. I believe in using therapy to empower individuals to find mental and emotional well-being and increased quality of life. I am a lifelong learner who loves to research the newest trends in mental and emotional well-being and utilize techniques to help strengthen families, couples, and individuals.
