I work primarily with adults healing from trauma, including childhood experiences, sexual assault, and racial or gender-based discrimination. Much of my practice focuses on women navigating anxiety and life transitions, and LGBTQ+ individuals seeking truly affirming care. I'm passionate about supporting people of color processing racial trauma, and clients who have felt misunderstood in previous therapy experiences. My approach honors how systemic oppression impacts mental health while celebrating each person's full identity.
