They value respect for themselves, for others, and for the healing process, and they want to feel more connected to their emotions, have the words to express what’s going on, and learn skills they can use day to day. Together, we’ll explore the connections between your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, and focus on shifting what’s been keeping you stuck. We’ll also look at patterns from your past and how they show up in the current ways you view the world and move through it. I’ll point out your progress along the way, especially the wins you might not notice yourself. Therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re used to keeping it all inside. You don’t need the perfect words or a clear plan to start. We’ll take it one at a time and create space for you to learn, feel understood, supported, and capable of real, lasting change.
