I work with college students, graduate students, and early-career professionals navigating anxiety, identity development, academic or career stress, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or first-generation students and seek therapy that is culturally responsive and affirming. They often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns shaped by perfectionism, cultural expectations, trauma, or major life transitions. At Intersect Clinical Services, I offer individual therapy that integrates relational, insight-oriented, and skills-based approaches. I help clients build self-awareness, set boundaries, and create more ease and confidence in their lives. My goal is to support clients in avoiding burnout, deepening relationships, and living with more clarity and intention. I specialize in anxiety, identity exploration, and relational growth, and I bring warmth, curiosity, and collaboration into the therapy space.
