I draw from evidence-based approaches like eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and attachment-focused therapy to create a plan that supports your strengths and addresses the symptoms that are getting in the way of your life. I use eye movement desensitization and reprocessing and other approaches to help clients process trauma, anxiety, addiction, and family struggles in a safe and effective way. Because no two people heal the same, I tailor therapy to your needs while creating a compassionate, supportive space where you can feel understood and begin to grow.
