In-person therapy is offered to children and teens at my office in Maitland, Florida, and telehealth counseling for adults across the state of Florida. My background includes training in EMDR (trauma processing), DBT (including strategies for mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance), CBT (changing thoughts to change our emotions and behaviors), Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches. I also draw on over 20 years of experience in education and leadership—including roles as a school principal and Director of Mental Health Services for a large public school district. Therapy with me is flexible, confidential, and personalized to your goals. Whether we're building coping skills, processing trauma, or clarifying next steps, our work is guided by what matters most to you.

As a private pay therapist, I offer flexible, deeply personalized services. No diagnosis required, flexible session lengths, and full confidentiality. Adults can receive service via telehealth from anywhere in Florida. Children and teens are welcome in person at the Heller Family Grove at the Shalom Orlando campus (Maitland, FL).
