Providing individual therapy via telehealth as well as at my office in Winter Springs, I am committed to helping clients feel empowered throughout the therapy process. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and I offer longer appointments for those who request additional time. I understand therapy is a commitment and getting started can seem very daunting, which is why I do not require weekly or biweekly attendance.
