Do you wish your relationships were more satisfying? Have you tried other types of treatment that didn't seem to gel with you? Together we'll look at your life through a symbolic lens and help you to connect the dots of your psyche. We'll utilize discussion andor art-making and dream analysis to better understand relationship difficulties, patterns, and behaviors. Our work will involve fostering awareness, insight, integration, and wholeness. My areas of specialty include disordered eating, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, body image, and addictions. My Practice & Services

Through art making, dreams, and discussion we can begin to better understand the symbolic nature of life. Your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are here for a reason. Life is complex, but it doesn't have to be unfulfilling or lack meaning or purpose. The answers to a more fulfilled life are within you. Together we'll look at your experience through a symbolic lens, and help you figure out what your psyche is trying to tell you.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

Client- therapist fit is of the utmost importance. That is why I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone call prior to scheduling any sessions. I believe in that 20 minutes we can get a sense of one another and decipher a possible match. Every therapist and every client is unique and it's truly important that there is the ability to have a rapport, and that the modality of therapy is helpful to the client.
