Trauma Recovery: With a trauma-informed approach, I support clients in processing painful experiences that continue to affect present relationships. My counseling style is relational and collaborative—I strive to create a safe, compassionate environment where healing and growth can take root. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), tailoring each session to your unique needs. With a BA in Intercultural Studies from Prairie College and an MA in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary, I bring a holistic perspective to therapy.
