My Approach to Therapy
I am a psychologist who offers a straightforward, no-nonsense, supportive approach. I offer an individually-tailored approach that draws on multiple therapy models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT). I will help you identify specific goals and develop mastery of real-life coping skills. I have over 2 decades of experience facilitating and supporting those going through difficult transitions and those who wish to create a more positive reality. I offer both individual and group therapy. In addition to in-person therapy, I offer online video therapy. You can start this life-changing process with a free telephone consultation.
Update: I am beginning a men's support group. This group will be via video for the time being. Fee is $50 per person. Group size will be limited to 5-10 members. Please inquire for more information.
