My name is Joe, and I’m a licensed therapist specializing in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), with a deep passion for helping people create meaningful lives grounded in their personal goals and values. My journey into therapy began with a simple, but powerful belief: that every person deserves the opportunity to heal and grow in a way that feels authentic to them. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients through a range of challenges—trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, mental health issues, and life transitions. I utilize eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is a powerful tool for processing trauma, anxiety, and painful memories. Whether someone is struggling with the impact of a specific event or feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, EMDR allows us to work at the root level to create meaningful change.
