I work differently from other coaches counselors in that I work intensely with just 2-3 couples at a time. We interact between sessions with texts, audio messages, and phone calls as needed. You don't spend a week between sessions on your own and wondering what you could or should be doing. This speeds up the process, helping you to make more progress, more quickly. My approach is also very practical and tactical - next steps, goals for the week, progress, movement. We will keep the momentum going so that you can have your new life as quickly as possible.
