I use integrated approaches, including person-centered, trauma-informed, attachment theory, and practical psychoanalysis, to support youths and adults in establishing their independence and confidence and to help couples improve communication and strengthen relationships. My specialties are the multicultural treatment of adolescents and adults with anxiety, grief and loss, and depression. I work with families on dynamics, parent-child relationships, and conflict resolution.
