I see counseling as a supportive process that provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to work through the challenges, traumas, changes, and struggles that we all experience in life. As the counselor, it is my job to listen and support my clients, as we facilitate the healing journey and discovery process. I invite my clients to be active participants in the counseling process and to be present, genuine, and honest throughout our sessions. It will be important for us to develop goals for your treatment, identify small or large steps towards progress, and collectively provoke positive change.
