I strive to help clients find their space of power through slowing down, being curious, and exploring their inner selves. I use multiple counselling styles, which are grounded in solution-focused, trauma-informed, strength-based, and attachment perspectives, and I have a very relational style of interaction.
"The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention. A loving silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words" - Rachel Naomi Remen
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love to be present with my clients and see their experiences through their own eyes and hearts. My goal is to always create a warm and inviting space that becomes the client's space where they are free to explore and flourish and grow. My greatest joy as a therapist is to assist my clients in finding their strengths, their values in life, and their courage to move forward in the direction that they choose.
