My Approach to Therapy

As a board-certified, NYU-educated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Drew brings over 10 years of experience providing inclusive, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Her approach centers on creating a safe, affirming space for clients to explore challenges, gain insight, and achieve meaningful, lasting change. Drew’s clinical focus includes anxiety and mood conditions, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), eating issues, substance use conditions, early adulthood transitions, and LGBTQ+-affirming care in adults 18 and older. She is specially trained in the medication management of psychiatric and substance use conditions, and offers comprehensive treatment via telehealth, personalized to each client’s unique needs. Using a holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based approach, Drew provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management with brief psychotherapy, and practical coping strategies. Together, you’ll take the time to understand what you’re experiencing, address root causes, and create a treatment plan that supports your goals and well-being. Drew founded Anchor Wellness Psychiatry to expand access to inclusive, high-quality psychiatric care across New York. Before launching her practice, she co-founded a group practice and served in nursing leadership roles, as well as an adjunct faculty member at NYU, mentoring future clinicians. For those seeking an empowering and transformative experience, Drew is a dedicated partner and advocate—committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges, heal, and move toward the life you envision.
