My Practice & Services

My training involved administering Anger Management protocols for California's Drug Treatment Program, aiming to reduce recidivism among offenders preparing for release. I worked in psychiatric hospitals, providing therapeutic strategies for both inpatient and outpatient adults to facilitate successful reintegration into their communities. This included building collaborative relationships between psychiatric hospitals in the Los Angeles district to optimize patient placement and services. My role focused on improving intake and treatment options for individuals and families struggling with mental illness andor addiction. These experiences developed valuable insight and appreciation for the challenges families face within our mental health system.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

If you're feeling overwhelmed by emotional outbursts, hurtful impulses, infidelity, misdirected anger, depression, or anxiety damaging your relationships, know that you're not alone, and help is available. Individuals, couples, and families learn alternative ways to navigate conflict and manage chaos. I can help you identify your existing strengths and capabilities for improving emotional regulation during difficult situations. Through evidence-based interventions and a collaborative approach using Family Systems Theory, we'll establish clear goals, expand your range of responses, and align your attitudes with your core values, leading to stress management and personal growth.
