As we begin working together, the focus will be to understand what you want and what is in your way. What I do is build trust and a working relationship with you so we can begin to make a realistic plan of action. I work with people of all ages through issues including anxiety, marital tensions, job changes, and addiction issues. I have experience working with younger adults trying to navigate the sometimes overwhelming transition into adult life. I believe in the importance of listening closely and helping you to find and define your values - what is important to you. I know that recovery from anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma is possible.
