Hello! My name is Craig, and I am a licensed psychotherapist (10 years), transformational life coach, and spiritual teacher. I have been studying and practicing various forms of Western psychology, Eastern spirituality, and meditation for 20 years. I have a psychotherapy practice in Sebastopol, California, offering life, relationship, career, and spiritual guidance to individuals and couples. I see clients both in person and online. My approach to psychotherapy is transformative and holistic, with an emphasis on the integration of mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in treating stress, anxiety, and depression naturally by using a combination of talk therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and somatic (body-oriented) therapy. The foundation of my work is a therapeutic relationship that is built on trust, acceptance, understanding, and compassion. My approach is influenced by transpersonal and existential psychology, which incorporates the spiritual dimension of ourselves and explores meaning and purpose in our lives. I have dedicated the last 25 years of my life to my own healing and awakening path. After experiencing a significant childhood trauma, which deeply impacted me and caused severe anxiety, dissociation, shame, and depression, I found Eastern spirituality and meditation in my 20s, and then discovered transpersonal and somatic psychotherapy in my early 30s, leading me to heal and transform my life, change my career, and become a licensed marriage and family therapist and spiritual teacher. I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist for 10 years, a spiritual teacher facilitating meditation groups, spiritual classes, and retreats for over 20 years, and I am the co-founder of the Awakened Brotherhood, offering transformational men's work to men of all ages and backgrounds from all over the world. My own struggle and suffering have created enormous compassion and purpose in me to help alleviate the suffering of others, guide them toward their own deep healing, and support their awakening into their full expression in this life.
