I am an ADHD certified (ADHD-CCSP) therapist with ten years of experience in the medical field counseling patients and their families. I specialize in executive functioning therapy. Executive functioning skills include the ability to focus attention, manage impulses and emotions, organize, and plan. These skills are most commonly challenged by ADHD. Executive functioning is also impaired with high stress such as when you are navigating something new in your life: a medical diagnosis, a new baby, or divorce. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to define your diagnosis for yourself, process your feelings, build executive functioning skills, and reclaim a sense of balance and empowerment in your life.
