My Approach to Therapy

I work with high functioning young professionals (entrepreneurs, graduate students, business owners, etc.) who feel like they are holding things together for the most part but keep getting stuck in unworkable patterns and anxious spirals. You might be struggling with perfectionism at work, anxiety in a relationship, feeling isolated from friends or overwhelmed by the "adulting" process... and I would bet you've probably got a pretty gnarly internal critic too! I provide a holistic approach to mental health that looks at the interconnections between mind, body and spirit. I use the avenues of evidence based psychotherapy (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy), yogic philosophies and practices, Ecotherapy themes and exercises as well as creativity, humor and curiosity to help my clients change the way they are relating to and interacting with their painful thoughts and feelings. I also have extensive training in the treatment of OCD and other related disorders (Social Phobia, Specific Phobias, Trichotillomania, Dermatillomania).
