For 40 years I have been serving my community as a psychologist in private practice.
My expertise is in helping individuals who are suffering with anxiety, depression and negative self image begin to see themselves differently and learn how they can take charge of their lives and experience the joy they were intended to feel.
Working with a number of different modalities, my clients learn how to free themselves from negative and limiting self concepts.
I take a very spiritual approach to my work. As a trinity, body, mind and spirit, shifting ones perspective and beginning to operate from a higher view often helps one overcome what seemed at one time to be impossible.
We are joy seeking beings because joy is our natural state. When we once again come to know our true nature, we will naturally begin to feel more alive, joyful and ultimately more fulfilled.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I consider my work as a therapist a sacred activity. The relationship between client and therapist is one based on trust, integrity, honesty and a willingness to be open. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment, so that clients are able to feel totally safe and comfotable while exploring their feelings. I feel honored to be able to "be" with individuals in this intimate way. My greatest joy is watching my clients grow in self-love and self-acceptance.
