Brianna Gomez, Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern

I’m Brianna Gomez, a registered mental health counselor intern born and raised in Miami, Florida. I hold dual master’s degrees in psychology and clinical mental health counseling from the University of Louisiana Monroe. My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed care with a strong foundation in narrative therapy. I also integrate techniques from solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), grief counseling, and attachment-based practices. This combination allows me to help clients make sense of their experiences and move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and confidence.
