My Approach to Therapy

My style as a therapist is warm, compassionate, and deeply supportive, while also being direct and bold (at times). I recognize the importance of creating an inviting space where you feel truly heard, and empowered to explore what’s on your heart. I specialize in working with soulful, self-aware women who may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or codependent. You might desire deeper, more meaningful relationships but find yourself trapped in old patterns or beliefs that no longer serve you. With a background in traditional therapy and a personal interest in spiritual healing practices, I’m able to blend practical tools with deeper emotional work. I help you uncover the unconscious beliefs that may be holding you back while we explore the root causes of your anxiety, self-doubt, and patterns of behavior, using a combination of somatic work, inner child healing, and attachment-based techniques to bring lasting transformation. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I’ve spent years studying and integrating tools that have helped me and countless others find greater peace, confidence, and alignment. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from your true self, I’m here to guide you toward a more fulfilling life. Together, we’ll work at your pace to create meaningful, lasting change that feels both empowering and authentic. If you’re ready to reclaim your sense of self and step into a life of deeper connection, purpose, and joy, I’d be honored to support you on that journey.

My Practice & Services

In addition to traditional therapy, I also offer Human Design readings. Human Design is a powerful system that helps you understand your unique energy and how you're wired to thrive. It combines various wisdom traditions to reveal your energetic blueprint and teaches you how to access your intuition on a deeper level to learn how to make correct decisions for yourself.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

To me, the purpose of psychotherapy is deeply rooted in helping individuals reconnect with their most authentic selves. It's about creating a space where you can explore, heal, and learn to be with all the parts of yourself. The goal is not to make certain parts of you go away, but rather bring them into balance and shift the way you relate to them. I believe that all behavior makes sense in context, and my job is to help you understand how your behaviors make perfect sense given the context of your life. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, where the goal is not just to manage symptoms, but to understand and transform the underlying patterns and beliefs that shape your experience. I see psychotherapy as a tool for healing emotionally, mentally, and even physically. It's a process of coming home to yourself through the intentional use of compassion and softening that ultimately allows for deeper self-acceptance, empowerment, and growth.
