I work with adults of all ages who are navigating life transitions, such as starting or ending a career, parenting, coping with illness, loss, or changes in identity and relationships. I also specialize in supporting people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic health conditions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking insight into long-standing patterns, relationship dynamics, or experiences of grief and vulnerability. In addition to my work with individuals, I provide couples and family therapy, with a focus on improving communication, understanding developmental stages in relationships, and deepening emotional connection. My experience spans a wide range of populations and settings, including those with chronic or complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, and forensic mental health concerns. I welcome clients of all sexual and gender identities, racial and cultural backgrounds, and levels of ability. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a belief in each person’s capacity to grow and find meaning, even in life’s hardest moments. Whether you’re looking for short-term guidance or a deeper, long-term process of exploration and change, I’d be glad to talk with you about how we might work together.
