Hi! I'm Annabelle. Welcome to my page. I am a neurodivergent french american therapist. I use shethey pronouns. I work mostly with adults who identifying with being neurodivergent ("including HSP and CPTSD), although everyone is welcome in my practice. I help people struggling with living a full everyday life due to anxious thoughts, struggle organizing their life, social interactions, big emotions, chronic pain, etc, In therapy I use the following theoretical approaches : IFS (internal family systems), EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and Sensorimotor psychotherapy. I am ADHD-CCSP certified. I am also trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for trauma, EMDR and IFS (CA).
