My Approach to Therapy

If you’re feeling weighed down by grief, loss, trauma, or life’s unexpected changes, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry it by yourself. I provide a compassionate space where you can finally breathe, speak the things you’ve been holding in silence, and even ugly cry if you need to. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, honor what matters most, and uncover small sparks of clarity, strength, and hope to guide you forward. My approach is trauma-informed and holistic. I tailor therapy to your unique story, combining evidence-based practices with empathy, presence, and deep respect for your journey. I walk alongside you through life’s uncharted territories, helping you untangle patterns, process emotions, and reconnect with your inner resilience. Sessions are collaborative—you set the pace, and I provide guidance, support, and tools to help you navigate whatever comes next. Whether we meet online or in person, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel fully seen, heard, and supported as you move toward clarity, balance, and renewed possibility.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Going to therapy is not a sign of weakness or a flaw in who you are. It?s a courageous choice to give yourself the space to explore what?s weighing on your heart, to understand your relationships, and to address the concerns that matter most to you. Life can bring experiences?loss, trauma, grief, stress?that are hard to carry alone. Therapy offers a relational, supportive space where you can be truly seen and heard, reflect on your experiences, and begin to untangle what feels heavy. It?s about honoring your journey, reclaiming your sense of clarity and strength, and moving forward with greater self-understanding and resilience.
