Life can be difficult, and there are times we may not feel at our best. I specialize in working mainly with women who struggle with low self-esteem, life transitions, as well as depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with adult women who may have gone through a big change in their life or even young adult women who may still be discovering who they are. I specialize in CBT, as well as person centered therapy and am sure to individualize care for each person I see. During our sessions you will be validated as well as challenged to see different view points which may then offer more understanding for yourself.
