I know searching for the right therapist can feel overwhelming, which is why we offer free 20-minute consultations as a chance to connect and get to know you. True Roots Therapy is a practice with deeply rooted values of empathy, compassion, and authenticity. We’re a team of experienced practitioners dedicated to connecting with the individual, couple, or family that we are working with. There is no “one-size fits all” approach to therapy, so we take the time to learn about who you are: your history, experiences, and story so far. You are one of a kind, your treatment should be too. Whatever you need and wherever you are in life, we’ll figure it out together.
