Hi, I’m Alina. I am a trauma therapist and second-generation Latina dedicated to creating safe, culturally affirming spaces for healing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. My style is client-centered and flexible—we work together at your pace, honoring your values and unique life experiences. I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and can meet with clients in our downtown Chicago office or conveniently through Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) secure telehealth.
