I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, listen to our bodies, and meet ourselves with care. Much of what we carry shows up not only in our thoughts and emotions but also in the nervous system and body. My role is to provide a steady space where you can notice what is happening inside, find balance, and open to new ways of relating to yourself and to others. My approach draws on Somatic Experiencing, Transforming Touch, and attachment-based healing, along with the insights of polyvagal theory. Early experiences often shape how we connect with ourselves and the world. When those experiences are disrupted, we may carry patterns of tension, disconnection, or self-doubt. Through gentle touch, nervous system support, and relational presence, we create the conditions for your body to settle and for new, healthier pathways to take root. I work with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges, as well as those seeking a deeper sense of presence and connection. I also work with children through a regulation-based approach that is creative and playful, while supporting deeper attachment and early developmental repair. In our work together we may pay attention to breath, posture, and sensations alongside the stories and feelings that arise. These experiences hold wisdom and can guide us toward awareness and change. Clients often describe me as calm, present, and approachable. I trust that you are already doing your best with the challenges you have faced. Together we will move at a pace that feels supportive, finding a rhythm between safety and growth.
