Find Telehealth Therapists Licensed in Florida

Seeking counseling can often be the toughest step. It's a period where we might feel adrift, unsure, or powerless. We yearn for validation and support in our decisions. Selecting a therapist is deeply personal, as therapy demands vulnerability. Life's transitions can be daunting, but therapy aims to ease the burden and enhance functionality. Lasting change stems from introspection and awareness. In therapy, we delve into thoughts, emotions, and actions, with every session held in strict confidence. Simple solutions often prove ineffective, but therapy offers a safe haven to explore concerns, gain understanding, and acquire coping skills.

My passion is helping those who are feeling disconnected from themselves and others. I work with clients dealing with low self-worth or self-esteem, depression, anxiety, compulsive & addictive behaviors, trauma, social isolation & disconnection, spiritual & existential issues, couples & relational issues, and much more. I love helping people connect the dots of their personal stories to why they think, feel, and behave the way they do, then move with them toward restoration, healing, and a more congruent and fulfilling life. I use an integrative approach to address the health and wellness of the whole person. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). It would be my honor to come alongside you to help you unpack and reclaim even the most difficult parts of your story.
